If your unable to get to our stores  to collect your order. We can ship to your door , usually same to next day. *

At Cellar Plus, we always aim to deliver our customers products that represent the best value on the market for price and quality.  Equally, the transport companies we use are all professional operators to ensure your purchased items arrive safely and on time.

Transport options  :


For most parcels under 3kg we are able to send via Australia post express bags, delivered next day in most metro areas of Australia with Barcode tracking service.Most popular choice for small items to even remote areas of Australia, with tracking number.


For larger parcels 3-1000 kg will go via parcel road courier with online parcel tracking and  delivery receipt confirmation

-      For same day service – we can offer  taxi truck courier service  – arrival usually within 1-3 hr.

Shipping matters to consider:

Large equipment or heavy items will be shipped mostly on  pallet. Where an item is oversized and will not fit on standard pallet 113cm  , the buyer will be given the option to pay for wood crate construction  or customisation packing to ensure safe arrival.  (ie  board for stacking for stacking  glass demijohns)


Customers will be required ensure their property can provide adequate road space for larger trucks to enter and exit, if they are requiring door to door delivery.Also, an authorised forklift operator is required to be available to unload consignment.  Transport companies will often charge extra if parcels on the pallet will need to be manually unloaded. If customer fails  to advise us of  these special delivery details prior  to despatch added charges may follow.   A lower cost option maybe  to collect goods from the carriers nearest depot with your own trailer or vehicle.

As couriers require a signed delivery at your nominated address  to confirm hand over, please ensure an adult is present at the home  address during the period of 9am to 5pm.  (A work place is generally more suitable delivery location)

*Excludes locations where door-to-door is not available 8-5pm  and remote locations that require light aircraft or barge transport.

Shipping to international customers: 

All products on our site are shown in Australian dollars $A and prices are inclusive of GST (10% Goods and services Tax). Orders when sent out of the country you will receive a GST Credit and  this 10% will NOT be charged on the final invoice. ( even if it is displayed on screen)

For international orders, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. (minimum order-goods value of $200 applies)

We recommend that you check with your country’s customs authority BEFORE ordering to ensure the products you order are not restricted imports.

Our Return Policy

Need to return an item?  

To date this is most uncommon given our check and test before despatch policy, however:

Our shopping area has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all our products to help you make the right selection.  If you are  not clear on checkout , email your request to get a confirmation prior, as payment is acceptance of the product you have selected.Alas, not valid reason for return. In most cases, a restocking fee in to the Epping warehouse  will be applied.



Returns- Faulty Goods/Incorrect goods supplied

Where a product arrives damaged or appears to operate faulty under a manufacture warranty conditions , product may be returned for exchange or credit if we don’t have an alternative to offer. However,   prior notification must be supplied to Cellar Plus by email  picture and your contact details so we can follow up with you to arrange the returning goods to  Cellar Plus servicing area for testing.

If product, once tested by our third party service dealer is proved to be operating within its normal capacity or if the damage was found to be caused by operator misuse , then a quote to replace or repair will be offered.   Customers requiring collection or delivery of goods,MUST advise of exact delivery/collection times, am/ pm, between the hours of 9am – 5pm as courier charges for missed collection will be passed on.

Unless the product is deemed to be faulty and we are unable to supply you with a replacement alternative , then we will offer you a refund on the items, and cover the   freight charges in this instance.   For all other scenarios, Items must be in a new-condition with all its original packaging, with a copy of the original invoice.  We do not offer a credit in most cases for “change of mind” issues with the product you selected, but please send request in writing so a solution can be offered

We do however, upon inspection, offer an exchange credit voucher less a restocking fee of 10-20% depending on value of the goods  . All freight charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer/purchaser. Notification of the intention to return goods must be supplied to Cellar Plus by email or phone before goods are returned and within 14 days of purchase.

Damaged Goods

Goods damaged in transport must be returned to Cellar Plus for inspection before a replacement or exchange is supplied. We attempt to pack all glass items to the best of our ability, however most carriers offer no responsibility for fragile items including lab wear or bottles, therefore we also do not offer replacement for Glass damaged during shipping/delivery. To date, 99% of parcels  arrive safely, but there always is an element of risk.

Where order  arrived with damaged packaging , it is requirement for the receiver(customer) to take photo with mobile camera  of the unopened carton, then open consignment  while the driver is at your location and have them witness and signed off of the problem condition on your consignment docket if goods have been effected. This is the only way to allow cellar Plus team  to make a claim against the courier operator on your behalf. If this is the case, we will pay for all costs in providing the exchange.
